Dominikanische Republik Verbraucherpreise

The annual inflation rate in the Dominican Republic eased to 3.4% in July 2025 from 3.56% in the previous month. Price growth slowed for food and non-alcoholic beverages (3.14% vs 4.11% in June), furniture (2.04% vs 2.13%), recreation and culture (5.38% vs 5.42%), and hotels and restaurants (5.27% vs 5.28%). At the same time, costs for clothing and footwear dropped further (-1.35% vs -1.26%). Conversely, prices increased for housing and utilities (2.60% vs 2.14%), transport (2.28% vs 2.11%), and health (5.04% vs 4.96%). On a monthly basis, consumer prices rose by 0.38% in July, following a 0.21% increase in June.
