Dänemark Verbraucherpreise

The annual inflation rate in Denmark rose to 1.9% in June 2025, the highest in four months, from 1.6% in May. Price increases were seen across several categories, including recreation and culture (1.5% vs 0% in May), restaurants and hotels (0.9% vs 0.5%), furnishings, household equipment and maintenance (1% vs 0.4%), health (2.9% vs 2.2%), communication (2.4% vs 2%), and miscellaneous goods and services (2.5% vs 2.4%). Transport costs also rebounded slightly (0.1% vs -0.6%), while price growth remained steady for food and non-alcoholic beverages (at 5.2%) and education (at 3.7%). Meanwhile, housing inflation slowed to 1.8% from 2.2%. On a monthly basis, the CPI rose by 0.2%, following a 0.1% increase in each of the previous two months. Core inflation, which excludes energy and unprocessed food, picked up to 1.9% in June, the highest since January 2024, from 1.6% in the prior month.
