Zypern Industrieproduktion

Industrial production in Cyprus rose by 1.7% year-on-year in May 2025, easing from a 3% increase in the previous month. This marked the weakest growth in industrial activity since a contraction in November 2024, amid a slowdown in manufacturing output (1% vs 3.1% in April) and a decline in electricity supply (-1.2% vs 0%). On the other hand, output for mining and quarrying rebounded sharply (19.3% vs -8.4%), while water supply and materials recovery increased further (12.4% vs 11.7%).
